Our goal is to create best e-learning courses in the world. One may ask: and what had you been doing earlier? Creating websites? Selling computer hardware or books? None of this kind.
Our background is vocational training and adults' education. We did courses, seminars and conferences, postgraduate studies. Therefore we know what a training process is, how to asses training needs, design courses, measure effectiveness.

Our team carried out a first internet conference transmission during Warsaw Training Fairs in December 2000. We designed and implemented several server applications - virtual students' office, and small e-learning platform, assessment centre, training efficiency evaluation system.
Yet the most interesting for us, and what we really love to do, is the best content in the world, exceeding expectations of our Clients and learners.

Estakada founders: Aneta Grzyb-Hejduk and Krzysztof Hejduk , have participated to numerous e-learning courses, have completed and run courses within the leading e-learning project of CISCO Networking Academy. We do our best to be up-to-date with e-learning market, while designing our own solutions. Our 50-person team have taken part to the biggest e-learning projects in Poland. We have created a few hundred hours of ready content.
